Hole 14

PRO'S TIP - This is where the well renowned “tough” part of the course begins, with the 14th being Moor Hall's signature hole. At over 430 yards it demands length and accuracy. The stream running across the fairway is 218 yards from the tee so many players will lay up short of this and play the hole as a par 5. Longer hitters can clear the stream but must position the drive on the left side of the fairway to allow a clear shot to the green. The second shot from players laying up from the tee also needs to be hit slightly left of centre. The approach is to a plateau green with steep banking all around. A par here will feel like a birdie for many.
